Refund and Return Policy

 

 

Customers have the right, by law, to withdraw from the contract within 15 days without giving any reason. However, in the interest of customer satisfaction and certainty of the quality of the product, the right of withdrawal is extended to 29 days from the date on which the Customer acquires physical possession of the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you if your refund request has been approved. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a Credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or Backordered Refunds (if applicable)
